Deyá idiomas offers multilingual solutions to local and international companies, organizations, entities, and agencies. Since 1997 we have been mainly dedicated to translation and software localization for the Portuguese and Spanish speaking markets.
María Eugenia Deyá
Maria Eugenia is Founding Partner and Director of \Deyá idiomas. She obtained her degree as Certified English Translator from Argentine Corporate University (UADE), and as Certified Portuguese Translator from Buenos Aires University (UBA). She graduated as Conference Interpreter from the Teaching Development Research Center directed by Lucille Barnes, and completed studies in University Teaching offered by UADE. She also carried out specialized studies in Business and Legal English in International House, London, England. Afterwards, she completed studies in Proofreading and Legal Proofreading in the Spanish Language offered by Litterae Foundation. She worked as Assistant Professor of Translation III, Technical English, and Certified Translator’s Legal Scheme at UADE, and as Ad Honorem Professor of Legal Transation IV at the Portuguese Translation Course at UBA. She is currently Full Professor of Legal Translation III at the Portuguese Translation Course at UBA. She also acted as translator expert witness in local courts, as Trilingual Assistant and Head of Editing Pool at renown legal firms, and as Language Lead of international translation companies.
